**a million apologies that these names do not appear in the credits. for some reason, we never got a in-focus, long-enough shot of the title card, so i had to cut them. It is unfortunate because especially Maia and Jesse put so much time and I appreciate what they’ve done tremendously.
#Here is a film that I am trying to abandon, or it’s trying to abandon me. Dawes Mivaki. Looks familiar.

Director’s statement: Carbon follows a young woman who is struggling with something inside of her. The film explores her experience with little explanation as to why she feels the way she does. Is it an issue with her friends, is it something deeper, more terrifying?
